INCREASING OF CLASS FUND ?

Increasing of Class Fund ?

As you all know, we will be having a CLASS CHALET this year end after our GCE 'O' LEVEL. At the time being, I am now collecting from you all S$3 per month. After 6 month of collection, I found that we might have not enough money for the 4D3N CLASS CHALET. Now we had only collected S$254 for the past 6 month. If i carry on to collect S$3 from you all. We will only had S$518. This amount of money will be enough for us to book our chalet, but it will not be enough for us to buy our BBQ food.

So, I'm thinking of increasing the class fund from S$3 to S$5. As this will only be collect for the next 4 months till OCTOBER. After I collected S$5 from each of you, our class fund can reach highest up to S$694. This amount will be enough for us to book our chalet and also enough for us to buy our BBQ food.

After I check on everyone's daily income. Most of the class-mate is able to pay for this increase of class fund. As I plan, collecting S$5 from everyone in a day will be hard because some of you only have S$5 a day. So, if the class fund have increase to S$5. I will allow you to pay the S$5 by 2weeks. Within the 2weeks, you can pay it by each day or pay on friday. So this will not be a problem for everyone for saying not having enough cash.

After paying all the stuff, the extra money will be divided equally and everyone will have a share of the remaining money. So,this means that the money that you paid will be get back part of it.

Everyone can give their thoughts here or also can come and find me to talk about it. I wish everyone could understand why am i doing this.
